I would have given a five star rating for the level of customer service had the response promised actually happened, but I put it down to the company being busy and the Covid issue that is facing all suppliers in the country. The product (telescopic ladder) initially was faulty and was replaced with another fairly quickly at no extra cost to me and no need to return the original, so WELL DONE, I am a happy customer. Initially I thought the first dodgy ladder was a measure the the VERY competitive price I had paid, but the replacement was perfect for my use. I will visit this site again should the need arise.
