Delivered very quickly and efficiently. It was as described - a good quality item.
I called to ask for some technical help. Unfortunately I was promised a call back but this didn't happen. Perhaps just a slip. Would have rated them Very Good otherwise. However, I will use the Ratchet Shop again.
