The ratchet strap was reasonably priced ,but delivery cost was a ;ittle high. I would rather have had a later delivery time at a reduced cost.\nThe website was easy to navigate and the ordering procedure was straight forward.\nThe only down side was the delivery by DPD, because the driver did not give me time to answer the door before pushing a "sorry we miss you" card through the letter box and driving off... Although the delivery procedure was not The Ratchet Shop's fault, it is their choice of carrier.
