“Efficient service and delivery, good quality product, great value and exactly what I needed. I may buy more, in fact. Only thing was that for my particular purpose, it would've been useful to know the thickness of the strap before purchase. But I took a chance without querying and it's as thin as I hoped for. Excellent metal buckles.”

“Was supposed to be delivered by DPD, I received a message saying we were not in, which was incorrect as we'd been in all day. Then rather than try again the next day, DPD left my package at a post office 5 miles away! I emailed the ratchet shop twice, using their customer service email address, but had no reply! Eventually I gave up waiting for a reply and drove 10 miles to collect my package, which on narrow lanes, takes the best part of an hour. I won't be buying from the ratchet shop again!”
