“Arrived quickly and pretty much as described. Could i reccomend that with future listings you state the wratchet winder required assembly usinf circlip pliars. I was fortunate to have some, but not everybody may be in the same position Thankyou for a smooth pleasant purchase”

Hi Mat thanks for your review. We are sorry about the box. The boxes that we use are triple walled, which are the strongest that we can get. We also wrap them well with tape. It would have been split while in transit by the courier. I will mention this to DPD best wishes Ann

“Good ratchet straps at a good price, that arrived very quickly. But be aware, the length indicated includes the ratchet aswell and is not the length of the strap alone, even replacement straps. Will definitely use them again though.”

HI Rorie many thanks for your kind review. Might I point out that the description of the strap indicates the length from bearing point to bearing point, thereby allowing for the short end as well. It is the webbing in its entirety which is measured not the ratchet. I hope that clarifies things Many thanks for your order and Happy New Year

Hi Edward many thanks for taking the trouble to give us such a good review. We are always looking for the opportunity to reduce postage costs, we do not factor the costs into our goods. However we have not so far found better solutions for a tracked and signed for service but we shall continue to look best wishes

“Good look fine thanks. Delivery was appalling. The driver left the item in the dustbin and did not even put a note through the letterbox so if I had not been on the phone looking down on that area I would not have known the delivery took place. If the bin was emptied as normal I would have chased you thinking there had been no delivery. my note on order said if no answer come to the door at the rear of the house, I actually was on a work call and saw the driver did not even come to the rear door but just went to the dustbin !”
