I purchased 4 Rachet Straps because there was next day delivery ,when they did not turn up I phoned three times and left a message because no one would answer the I left two e.mails still not answered any of them. I ordered my straps on Tuesday 28 January 25 13.59pm Delivered on Saturday 1 February 3.30pm Poor Service will never use them again

Hi Edward, apologies to hear that you haven't had the best experience purchasing from us. Regarding your late delivery; The goods ordered were set to be available from the next day as they were a pre-order at the time so we wouldn't have been able to dispatch on the same day that you ordered. There is a note on your invoice that these goods were available from the 29th onwards. I can see DPD did have this in their depot for a day longer than it should've been. This is most likely due to the volume of orders which were sent after a build-up of pre-orders so our apologies on DPD's behalf here. We do try our best to make sure every phone call is answered of course during peak times we cannot always pick up straight away. I understand that you won't be keen to order from us again however if the time does ever come please get in touch and we can provide you with an email for one of our sales staff to ensure that your enquiry doesn't get missed next time. Next working day delivery ended up being end of 2nd working day. Tried to cancel the order when it didn’t show up on the day we required to use the chains. Emailed customer service and tried to call. No reply to my email and no one answered the call, hone just rang out. Being late on a busy construction site is the same as not showing up.

I am still waiting for delivery, have emailed The Ratchet Shop twice and they have not replied, I have telephoned twice and it goes to a voice box which is full, so you can't leave a message.

1 week after I received notification that the product had been dispatched I still haven't received it. This might be DPD's fault, not the Ratchet Shop, but they haven't done well at responding to my queries.

Not very good got an email saying it had been shipped 3 days later still nothing arrived !! i needed the straps for a particular job an had to get some somewhere else quickly !! so I rang up and was told they had to be ordered and would be 2 weeks !!!! not good when Ive been told they've been shipped !!!

I ordered only 3 3.25 ton shackles on the 19th of July on next-day delivery, it is now the 26th of July and still haven't received my order. I spoke to someone on the 24th who said they would look into it and get back to me which they didn't and again I spoke to someone today 26th of July who said he thinks DPD may have lost the delivery. I need the shackles by tomorrow as I fly out on a job that needs them if I don't get them tomorrow there is no point in me having them. I know it's a very small order but I still expect to get what I ordered in the time frame you have set out. my order No:000029094

Paid for next day AM delivery. When the ratchets finally turned up my freight had already left with od ratchets on it. I emailed sales@ to explain what had happened and no reply. Then you ask me for a review.

The product is good but the service is dreadful. Ordered on a Wednesday and paid next day delivery. Would of expected delivery on the Friday. Took till the following Tuesday to turn up. Waste of nearly £10 for next day delivery.

went right through on good price and then find a shipping and postage are added dont get fooled people . alot cheaper on amazon

Hi John, Sorry to hear about your delay on your delivery, we have since checked our couriers delivery log. We can tell this was delivered a few days after the order was placed. Terrible! I ordered for next day Saturday delivery service that cost me over £20 for a product that cost just over £5. The goods arrived on Tuesday! I phoned to complain and requested a refund but it’s a week later and no money has been received. Totally unacceptable !!!
