“I purchased some new slings and 2x3000kg Round Slings and a 3000kg Webbing Sling to replace some damaged ones. Products arrived (with certification) on Tuesday after ording on Sunday evening. Great Service.”

“The items were shipped to us via DPD, there driver arrived here and took a photograph however I do not think he got out of the cab and although the building and office were open he returned without delivering the consignment. When we received the item the parcel had my name on it but not the name of the company. I wrote a complained but I heard nothing back from the Ratchet shop. Unless there is no other alternative I will not buy from them again and I will never ever use DPD again - they have let us down before”

Hi Don, thanks for raising these points with us, firstly I wanted to apologise as we're still yet to revise your Billing / Shipping information on your invoice. When checking out online We always recommend including as much information as possible to help with delivery; We've sent you an email to help sort this issue out. Regarding the delivery of these goods, we understand with DPD and many other couriers that there are times when drivers don't perform the job to the best of their ability, When this happens we are here to help as we also want to make sure these goods are delivered as efficiently as possible. We've found that DPD still has one of the better success rates for deliveries in the UK so this is why we use their services, nonetheless, apologies on DPD's behalf for them not providing you with the best experience. “Next working day delivery ended up being end of 2nd working day. Tried to cancel the order when it didn’t show up on the day we required to use the chains. Emailed customer service and tried to call. No reply to my email and no one answered the call, hone just rang out. Being late on a busy construction site is the same as not showing up.”

“I bought some buckle straps, they were not expensive but more expensive than from Amazon. I thought the rachet shop looked very profesional and assumed their products would be beter quality than others being offered on the web. They arrived promtly but I was imedialtly very dissapointed, the nylon webbing is a soft material and is ribbed parrallel to the buckle, which make feeding the strap into the buckle very fiddly as it rolls and puckers up as you try feeding it into the buckle. Very frustrating. Unfortunately was going on holiday and did not have time to retun them or buy others so had to use them. Would'nt buy from here again.”
