“Ratchet straps good quality but.... annoyingly the ends of all 8 straps I ordered were badly finished (cut and heat sealed) and actually too fat to fit through the slot in the ratchet. I had to recut and seal them all to use them. Shame as otherwise good quality straps”

“The Shackles that I ordered arrived on time and as per described. However after asking for lifting certificates to accompany them I never received a reply. (Update)...I received a prompt reply from Gina after writing this review. she said she would get the certificates to me today (yesterday) at the latest. They never arrived. she advised I could contact her for anything else, but left no contact details. The email is a 'non-reply' type. (Updated).. certs now arrived, very happy.”

“Ratchet shop service great delivery service by DPD tried twice to deliver between 6-7 pm to a business had to call ratchet shop to sort which they did thanks”

“Product availability was good and service was efficient.The only negative was on delivery.As the order was placed late Friday and did not start the process until Monday.The product then took until the following Saturday to arrive. The product and quality of were excellent.Price of the items purchased was good.”

“The Ratchet shop service was very good and the product perfect. Courier service let them down by dumping parcel 60 yards away from house in wet grass outide driveway gate close to the road. Rural area - road hidden by trees so can't see delivery van and therefore no idea how long parcel had been sitting there. Suspect probably new driver with sub-contract local courier firm as most courier drivers come right to house front door and are, generally, extremely pleasant and helpful. This is a minor irritation as the Ratchet shop goods would not be affected by damp conditions and the parcel wasn't stolen so no big deal, just a litle concerning. Here in the Highlands, national couriers mostly employ small local firms for the final leg and this is where the defect has arisen.”
