Hello, thank you for taking the time to write your review!! Unfortunately with the delivery charges, we pass on the charge we get from DPD, and they don't provide a cheaper rate for smaller items. The £5.50 charge is intended for smaller items on a next day service. This service does provide tracking traceability from the point of dispatch to delivery. We are very happy to hear that you are happy with the service you received.

“Good price, good quality, good delivery. However not being a regular buyer of ratchet straps I found it difficult to decide from the website photos which Wieght of strap to order as the photos make the items look very similar and there is no comparative image. In the end I guessed and got it right.”
