“Fast, efficient and professional service. Delivered extremely quickly and products are of a high quality. The 5000kg 6 metre length Ratchet Tie Down Straps are exactly as we required. Will definitely buy from these guys again.”

Hi Tim, thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review. For delivery, we use the courier company DPD so that we can track our customers goods and all goods are signed for. This enables us to give our customers the best service we can. The Ratchet Shop have worked with lots of courier companies and found DPD the most accurate and reliable. “Speedy delivery and pricing, very useful and sturdy strap winder in tough plastic. My only issue was the cir clip when assembling the strap winder, I had to purchase a tool where not everyone has need of one just to complete assembly, it's just stuck in my garage now never to be used again, surely a normal C clip that can be tapped into place would give same result?”
