“Unable to order through the website due to problems with it giving delivery options for the Isle of Wight (this has happened before)\nHowever, staff member made it easy to order over the phone, and straps delivered quickly as usual.”

“Problems with the carriage on the website so couldn't order online, but on telephoning I had all the help / support I needed and the order was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly. Delivery, as always, was very speedy.”

“You had a stand at the Lincolnshire Show. I bought something there and payed cash. I was impressed with the display and products. In my working life (I am now retired) I was responsible for lifting equipment.\n\nMy recent purchase was a gift to an old friend.\n\nAlthough your stand at the Lincolnshire Show impressed, there was no literature to take away. I spent half a day on the internet trying to find you as I could not remember the company name.”

“Excellent products at competitive price, with good service. I would like to order more but I paid £5.50 for delivery on a £12 order and thought this was expensive. Just gone on now to order more stuff and standard delivery is £7.50 so will now look somewhere else. Unless postage is more competitive I will not order more. shame as products are good.”

“They said it would take 7-10 days which it did. Quality fine so I cannot really identify anything to suggest to improve the service I received”

“Cut out the emails and texts. It was way overboard. Also why was I charged for next day delivery? It was the cheapest option at £10!! That's ridiculous. If it's the cheapest option just state it as deliver. When you say next day delivery I makes me think there is a cheaper option and I really didn't want to spend the £10. \n\nOther than that I would recommend.”
