“Very fast delivery, when I had a problem with the item the customer support was excellent and a replacement was sent, the faulty one collected and problem solved. Highly recommended, will shop here again.”

“Overall very happy with service provided. Items are despatched quickly and should arrive within 24 hours (delay in mine as delivery agent did not follow instructions and took the item away again!) When it arrived the following day the parcel looked like it had been through a mincer and part of the order was damaged - no fault of Ratchet shop and clearly damaged in transit. Very impressed with Ratchet Shop who immediately despatched replacement items which arrived less than a day after being aware of the problem. That is customer service that is hard to beat. Product themselves are of very good quality and for the price very good value. Certainly recommend this company.”
