“Easy to use website, easy to navigate and products well described. Ordering process very easy, delivery good - ordered late Friday, delivered early Tuesday. Good quality products (1ton webbing slings in 3 lengths) - did the job well (lifting a lathe onto it's stand using an engine crane). In all excellent service, products and price.”

“I stumbled across the ratchet shop as a result of a Google search, after deciding that I needed ratchets and straps for a roofing project. Imagine my surprise when I opened the web page, and there in front of me was exactly what I had in mind, and the four I required were less than twenty quid, including delivery. Ordering was easy, acknowledgement of payment was sent and my order, securely packaged, was in my hands within thirty six hours. What absolutely brilliant service. “What a brilliant company. Less than half the price of my usual local supplier, and next day delivery was spot on. Product (car transporter straps) is good quality, service is excellent. I would recommend to anyone, and will be buying most of our equipment here from now on.”
