“I have bought a few items from the ratchet shop, they are fast at delivery i can order on Monday turns up Tuesday, i use the straps for tie downs for a wheelchairs in my vehicle, i do use these as a add on ones to the ones i already have, but i find them easy to use.”

“Received helpful product advice over the phone before making my purchase which also reassured me that I was dealing with a genuine company. Placed my order at 11:40 and was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation email from the carrier at 12:15 to say that my parcel had been dispatched. Parts arrived in good condition so overall well pleased with the service and will use Ratchet shop again.”
