“I bought a new pair of ratchet straps to secure my boat on to its trailer as the mechanism on the old ones had collapsed and would not hold properly. I am very impressed by the far superior quality of the ratchets and fittings - much better than the old ones and all at a very competitive price along with excellent and prompt service . Wonderful , thank you .”

“Once again another PERFECT service from the Ratchet Shop. The items are 100% and I'm very very happy with the goods and services you supply. We use them to secure our lifeboats to the trailers so them failing really isn't an option!! We will be ordering again and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
