“Pretty straightforward, they are so fast. I ordered a sling and I get a notice in next fifteen minutes that my package was shipped. I’ve got it next day. All transaction very easy and fast. Thanks”

“I like the fact that they ratchet shop has a human face and responded in a friendly way to a query I had with my order. Just be aware that next working day does not necessarily apply if you're ordering chains. Pleased with the service and the quality.”

“The item itself was good but I paid for next day delivery yet never received it next day. I paid £5.80 for the delivery which never came on time so this was very disappointing, I have emailed but still had no reply.”
