“the product was as described. the only issue was with delivery - hermes do not seem to allow you to agree a time for delivery and there is no phone number to contact”

“I got 3 mini 1000kg straps for the camper van as the thin and unreliable straps I had, finally went in the bin. The new straps are more heavy duty and have a nice positive action. I have already recommended it to friends. Dave near Leeds”

“It is difficult to find the SWL for each set of chains, thus have ordered a heavier set than required. The company will not accept them as a return in place of a lighter set. The quality of the product is however good even if the service is a bit rigid.”

Just so you know for future reference, if you click onto the chain you're interested in, when you then scroll down the product page, in the details section, it says break load in kgs. Regarding the return of the products, it is the company policy that we can't refund made to order products, as they have been made to your requirements, this is stated in the delivery and returns section of our website.
