Regarding delivery, after working with many couriers we find DPD gives the best and most accurate service. They ship millions of orders daily and the fail percentage is very low. “First time I have used the Ratchet Shop. I usually buy the straps I need from screwfix and others. However the prices seem to have gone up a lot so I looked elsewhere and found the Ratchet Shop. The prices are excellent and so is the quality of the products. They also had a much larger range - length and loading - that allowed me to buy exactly what I wanted rather than something too long that I had to cut down. Ordering was easy and delivery fast so a good experience all round.”
