“We buy lorry straps from time to time. We find them to be cost effective and the delivery is always speedy if the items are in stock. On the occasion they were out of stock we were called, as promised, once they had come back in.”

“I ordered the ratchet shop items online about 2pm. I thought they would arrive the next day but didn't so when i rang to enquire they said they were dispatched the next day. It would have been helpful to let me know that they weren't coming until the day after as i needed them to complete a job. \nHowever when they did come they were really good quality, packaged well and did a great job. \nThank you”
