“Goods delivered swiftly and well packaged after my order was placed. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturer fault two items were faulty. The Ratchet Shop dealt with this quickly and professionally, replacements were with me within 48hours. I believe customer service can best be judged when something goes wrong, in this case they were exceptional. I will certainly be using them again.”
