“I'm glad you sent me this email - I was about to phone you. I didn't even get a confirmation email from you to reply to. Product seems good, delivery was good, but I can't for the life of me get it to work! There is a small, very quick, video on your website. The man says: "Feed the webbing strap through the buckle". As if it's simple, easy and straightforward to do. I am unable to. I will look on youtube for some helpful instructions”
