“I had great service from this company, all my questions were answered promptly and in a professional manner. Transaction was smooth, item arrived as promised. “Ordering process was good as I went direct to the company, product arrived as predicted by courier on time. The rachet it's self is sturdy and looks well made, a quick test proved no issues. I would recommend The Rachet Shop, without a doubt. RP”
