“Fantastic service. Delivered next day. Text & e mail to let you know what time delivery will be. Text to inform you they have been signed for, within 5 minutes of delivery. Can't fault service at all.”

“Quick shipping, everything arrived correctly, good quality product. Only small gripe was the shipping cost was pretty high (£6.60 for a couple of ratchet straps and 5x 110mm cutting discs) but understandable.”

“Cut out the emails and texts. It was way overboard. Also why was I charged for next day delivery? It was the cheapest option at £10!! That's ridiculous. If it's the cheapest option just state it as deliver. When you say next day delivery I makes me think there is a cheaper option and I really didn't want to spend the £10. \n\nOther than that I would recommend.”

“The product seems fine. Communications was great regarding the delivery. However, I was told on 2 consecutive days that delivery would take place as it wasn't delivered on the originally notified date.”

“I ordered a kit of straps from eBay. The order was cancelled as theratchetshop had "put the wrong price on the listing". Not pleased, and won't use them again.”
