“We paid for next day delivery, then received and email about an hour later saying items have been dipatched. Next day we called to chase and to our disapointment they were coming the next day.”

“Got the gear I ordered in a timely fashion. However, one item was an issue and sent a message to the support line which has been ignored. Not acceptable, I guess its the usual, we got your money don't care now.”

“REALLY QUICK AND EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE. We actually used them to anchor from one Side of the Warehouse to the other. Then we cable tied LED Batten Lights all the way across to create a very quick lighting solution which will be much cheaper to run than the Industrial Warehouse Lights which are already in place. SO USEFULL!”

Hello there All of our products are tested and issued the appropriate certification for site compliance. Our lifting accessories are regularly inspected on customers' sites by some of the strictest regulatory boards and we have not yet encountered any problems with our certification of any of our products. Should you have further concerns on this matter, please contact us with specific products you have bought that have had a compliance issue so that we can investigate this.
