“Goods arrived promptly. They were much heavier than I expected; this is a problem with shopping on line - you can't see everything in a picture. I don't remember whether weight was specified. If not, maybe it should be.”

Hello, Sadly this is an issue with shopping online, as you have pointed out, and is one that catches me out as well (that and whether it will fit through the letterbox or not). All products listed on our website do feature weight specs, but perhaps these are not as prevalent as they should be. We will look into it and see where we can improve.
