“The website was easy enough to use. It promised next working day delivery which was essential to my ordering from the Ratchet Shop. However, my goods didn't arrive for nearly a week which meant that I had to purchase replacements elsewhere.”

Hi Jennifer thankyou for taking the time to give us a review. I have looked into your order and unfortunately you didnt order in time for next day delivery. I understand you then upgraded to a Sunday delivery directly with DPD but this cancelled out the original delivery. Then we had the Bank Holiday. I can see that you have now received the goods and apologies that the process did not go smoothly for you best regards Theratchetshop

“I bought a trailer winch. Delivered very quickly and efficiently. It was as described - a good quality item. I called to ask for some technical help. Unfortunately I was promised a call back but this didn't happen. Perhaps just a slip. Would have rated them Very Good otherwise. However, I will use the Ratchet Shop again.”

“Received helpful product advice over the phone before making my purchase which also reassured me that I was dealing with a genuine company. Placed my order at 11:40 and was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation email from the carrier at 12:15 to say that my parcel had been dispatched. Parts arrived in good condition so overall well pleased with the service and will use Ratchet shop again.”

“Excellent service from Ratchet Shop apart from the packaging which let them down. The DPD carriers also let them down by being a day late and then the items escaped from the packaging and had to re shipped.”
