“Good look fine thanks. Delivery was appalling. The driver left the item in the dustbin and did not even put a note through the letterbox so if I had not been on the phone looking down on that area I would not have known the delivery took place. If the bin was emptied as normal I would have chased you thinking there had been no delivery. my note on order said if no answer come to the door at the rear of the house, I actually was on a work call and saw the driver did not even come to the rear door but just went to the dustbin !”

“I have bought a few items from the ratchet shop, they are fast at delivery i can order on Monday turns up Tuesday, i use the straps for tie downs for a wheelchairs in my vehicle, i do use these as a add on ones to the ones i already have, but i find them easy to use.”

“I ordered a 7mm grade 80 chain, ten minutes later I sent an email asking if I could amend the order for an 8mm chain. Chain was sent the next day, then reply received explaining I was too late. I asked a question about cutting, which was ignored. Poor communication & costume service.”

It would have been much better for you if you had called us to rectify your mistake, then we would have acted accordingly; I'm afraid sending an email leaves too much to chance and your email wasnt read until after your chain had been sent best wishes Ann

“Still waiting for the delivery. Rang chasing yesterday and no-one called back, rang again today and spoke to Glen, who did chase it and rang back with up0date.”
