“I ordered a retractable ratchet strap. The goods arrived within 24 hrs as promised - but sadly had been damaged in transit and didn't work. My heart sank as I needed the unit urgently. I explained the problem. No argument only sympathy and an action plan to put it right. A tested and undamaged part arrived free of charge within 24hrs. Brilliant service and excellent sales support.”

“Arrived in reasonable time, had to pay for next day delivery but would have been better if there was a standard delivery at cheaper rate. So far so good with them, used them for rings to do ring dips/rows.”

“Very easy to order, item arrived quickly, I work as a recovery driver and wanted something that would be easier than the normal ratchet straps to tie down motorbikes' so I ordered 4 self winding ratchet straps and they are great. The quality is awesome and I will definitely be purchasing more. I woukd highly recommend this site and this product to anyone”
