“Wanted 2 short round slings and found these on your website at a very good price. Easy ordering, quick delivery. Used once and friend noticed webbing and stitching not so good on one of the slings - hence only 3 stars.(See photos). Had I been needing to use slings to full capacity (1000kg) to lift, I would have been very worried and especially as it has been certified!”

If you are worried about the condition of any of our products it's always best to get in touch beforehand as we are more than happy to get a replacement order out to you. “I work in forestry, taking logs to the mill and reloading with sawn timber customer loads. I have been suffering from neck and upper arm pain for a while, which I have put down to tightening the ratchets with a wooden lever. I bought 10 pulldown ratchets and straps to try an easier way of tightening the straps. I have to say they are a revelation. Not only are they easier to use than the "normal" ratchets, but I can get better tension without having to use a lever. The action of pulling down is much less effort. The Ratchet Shop took the order online on a Sunday evening, an easy and painless experience. delivery only took 3 days, from the UK to Ireland. The only downside was the tracking reference didn't seem to work. Maybe it was me? DPD sent a message (and an email) to say my package was being delivered Wednesday morning. Overall I am delighted with the ratchets and The Ratchet Shop can't be faulted. Highly recommended.”

“Good products at competitive prices with clear explanations to tell me what I needed for the job I had to do and videos to show me how to use the equipment. Delivery the next working day via DPD didn't work out because they were overloaded as a result of Covid 19. I raised this with Ratchet Shop as I needed the kit quickly and they put together a replacement order that I collected.”
