“Goods ordered on the 3rd June on a 3-5 day delivery. Courier did not receive the goods from the supplier until the 10th with delivery promised on the 12th. 7 working days if they actually arrive. Chased the goods on the 7th and was told someone would get back to me - still waiting.”

Hello, This is concerning to hear, but sadly the delivery aspect is out of our hands- especially so with the non-tracked economy service as it limits our abilities even further. Generally all items are dispatched same day through our main delivery service provider which is then forwarded on to Hermes for the economy delivery. It would be at the point of forwarding that the 'received by courier' notification was sent. “I ordered a number of things, from various suppliers, for my new-to-me boat, including a pair of ratchet straps. Most items arrived within 2 or 3 days: the ratchet straps took six days to get from Newmarket to Cambridge. I was given a DPD tracking number which didn't work. The straps were finally delivered by Hermes.”

Hi Selby, Sadly, yes, our economy delivery is not the fastest option that is available so delivery can take 3-5 working days with this service, regardless of distance (Such is the wonders of logistics). “I deliver full loads of empty pallets on a daily bases and use your pull down ratchets every day. I have noticed that three out of the 13 ratchets are slipping when tightening, otherwise I’m very happy with them. Thanks Sam.”
