“As a ratchet novice, they gave me good advice tailored to my specific circumstances. The ratchet arrived in an acceptable time and the online video showed me how to use it. If it had arrived faster (Bank holiday may have intervened) and had written instructions with it, they would have had 5 stars. Your survey answers don’t allow for the 6 days it took to arrive.”

Unfortunately our courier like ourselves doesn't operate on Bank Holidays which is why the delivery might of taken a little longer than expected, we do apologise for this. “I order for some items, taking more than a week to get it delivered even when i was told it will only take 3-5 working days. No communication to advise on the progress of my order thereby missing out on what i needed it for. I will not be buying from ratchetshop again.”

Good morning We are very sorry about the delay of your order. As such, we have now removed our 3-5 day economy service from our website as our delivery partner, Hermes, has proven to be unreliable and we want the best from our customers. Service like this is not in line with Ratchet Shop policies. Our standard next day service is great and we hope that you will give it a try one day in the future so that we may have a chance to prove ourselves! Kind regards Gina

“Great for order delivery, but if product quality was rated alone it would be one or two stars, since all four ratchets were distorted to some degree, apparently before packing. Considering the rock-bottom cost I straightened them out myself rather than the trouble of returning them - working perfectly now”
