“Ordered two long and two short light duty (3000kg) ratchet straps from the Ratchet Shop. Arrived next day as per the order so no complaints about delivery. Ratchets appear to be good quality, time will tell if they hold up to use.”

“Got the gear I ordered in a timely fashion. However, one item was an issue and sent a message to the support line which has been ignored. Not acceptable, I guess its the usual, we got your money don't care now.”
