“The website was very easy to navigate and finding the product I needed was a dawdle (despite my own lack of knowledge of what exactly I was looking for). The ratchet ties and slings were dispatched and received timeously. Excellent service.”

“The only problem I had was delivery. DPD were assigned the delivery. They arranged to deliver between 1630-1730hrs on day 1. I re-arranged delivery as the office was due to close at 1630hrs. Delivery was arranged for the next day at a similar time. I therefore had to remain late in the office to meet the delivery, rather than defer again. This is a reflection on DPD not The Ratchet Shop. I would have expected delivery 2 to have been early on the next day, not a last delivery again.”

“I was expecting the delivery next day, as I have paid for the service but for some reason it has arriver 2 days later. But at then end i did got my order”

Hi Masab thankyou for giving us your review. Ive just checked on your order and you ordered at 16.45 on the 15th February which is after our cut off point for next day delivery. The courier comes here at 15.30. We sent out your order on the 16th and it was delivered the next day We hope you are happy with your goods and many thanks for ordering from us best wishes Ann

“Hi was looking for tie down straps for my motorhome cover which had been blown off during a storm went online and found the ratchet shop, called up and the sales lady was very helpful explained what i was looking for and shesaid the endless strap was the answer,i ordered some and delivery was very quick i would have no hesitation on recommending them to anybody thanks again. john mcqueen.”
