“Good ratchet straps at a good price, that arrived very quickly. But be aware, the length indicated includes the ratchet aswell and is not the length of the strap alone, even replacement straps. Will definitely use them again though.”

HI Rorie many thanks for your kind review. Might I point out that the description of the strap indicates the length from bearing point to bearing point, thereby allowing for the short end as well. It is the webbing in its entirety which is measured not the ratchet. I hope that clarifies things Many thanks for your order and Happy New Year

“Very quick service and excellent product, would prefer positive methods of attaching the strap instead of just the hook. Also ordered and paid for four 1000kg Mini Ratchet endless 4.5m and only received two”

Apologies that there was a mistake in your order which has now been sorted out for you Im not clear on your comments about the fastening of the strap, particularly as you ordered endless straps and not those which have a J hook either end. If you need further advice on the variety of straps and fitments we are only to happy to help Best wishes and Happy New Year
