“Several times I've needed equipment for a job, often requiring it in a fairly short time to do a job and The Ratchet Shop haven't disappointed; very quick and efficient, and in addition the website is clear and uncluttered. Recently, I've needed to phone for stock info, and again they couldn't have been more helpful. Impressed.”

“Good price with fast delivery. Goods are excellent quality. It's not the sort of item I'll be buying frequently but if I did need more then I'd certainly use the Ratchet Shop.”

“Product availability was good and service was efficient.The only negative was on delivery.As the order was placed late Friday and did not start the process until Monday.The product then took until the following Saturday to arrive. The product and quality of were excellent.Price of the items purchased was good.”
