“Easy to use website, order arrived promptly with everything I had ordered in three boxes. VAT was deducted without having to contact the company as mine was an export order. Not the first time I have used the Ratchet Shop and wont be the last, keep up the good work.”

“Ratchet shop service great delivery service by DPD tried twice to deliver between 6-7 pm to a business had to call ratchet shop to sort which they did thanks”

“Several times I've needed equipment for a job, often requiring it in a fairly short time to do a job and The Ratchet Shop haven't disappointed; very quick and efficient, and in addition the website is clear and uncluttered.
