“Good prompt efficient service at a good price Although cost of postage to us in Isle of Man seemed expensive for a small package”

“Good price with fast delivery. Goods are excellent quality. It's not the sort of item I'll be buying frequently but if I did need more then I'd certainly use the Ratchet Shop.”

“Product availability was good and service was efficient.The only negative was on delivery.As the order was placed late Friday and did not start the process until Monday.The product then took until the following Saturday to arrive. The product and quality of were excellent.Price of the items purchased was good.”
