“Unbelievably good service all round, highly recommended. Website easy to use & transaction was smooth / easy. The items available are well laid out & clear / concise. Payment was straight forward, with only a minimal additional cost for courier tracked & signed for delivery. Comms was excellent all the way from purchase to delivery - can't fault them. I ordered my ratchet straps late Weds am, had them in my hand on time some 28 hours later! Will definitely use the ratchet shop again in future.”

“After instructing DPD ,ratchet shops carrier to leave delivery at my premises I now have to collect from them 20 miles away after paying for delivery which defeats the object,I suggest you change carriers. Unhappy customer George wall”

Hi George I have just sent you an email and copied in our DPD account manager to try and resolve this for you. Sorry to hear this mistake by them and thank you for bringing it to my attention so that I can sort this out for you. Please bear with me and I will do my best to have this delivered to your door as requested or I will have DPD refund the delivery cost as I can see your instructions were clear and they have ignored them which is not acceptable.
