“Excellent service and packaging... marked down from very good to good for the simple reason that the circlip is awkward to fit if you don’t have circlip pliers..”

“My first purchase from "The Ratchet Shop" Excellent, easy to navigate and clear website. Clear product description with all technical / safety information and good pictures so you can see the products exactly. Simple checkout without the need to set up an account. Brilliant communication regarding receipt, processing and dispatch of order. Delivery arrived very quickly and in advance of the latest expected delivery date. So, I would have to say that I am, at present, a very happy customer and would use "The Ratchet Shop" again in the future.”

“Initial contact, ordering and despatch were all prompt and encouraging and I felt informed. Delivery took several days and that was a shame. I would be happy to use the Ratchet shop in the future.”
