“The teeth on the ratchets are too short and rounded at edges,, when tightening the ratchet keeps slipping/releasing and caused me to hurt my back!!”

The fault that you report is most unusual for these products and we would like to look into this with you to see if your ratchets need replacing and some info on their use. “I had to hit one strap with a hammer as the ratchet stuck after the first pull and wouldn't ratchet anymore. Theres no way that has been tested.”

“Really pleased with our first order. The chain slings we ordered were made up and dispatched within hours, and were exactly what we wanted. Will definitely return, as these are excellent products for a very reasonable price. Customer service was also superb. Very impressed!”
