“I WROTE TO YOU ASKING IF I COULD RETRURN THIS ITEM AS IT WAS TOO BIG FOR THE JOB. IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU COULD SEND ME A RETURNS SLIP”

Thankyou for your review. I havent personally received your request to return the item. We do not have returns labels. If you send the item back to us with a copy invoice, on receipt of the order we will then refund you back to your card The item must still be in its original packing and unused kind regards Ann

“I was, pleasantly, surprised at the quality of the strap I purchased. I only wanted to secure a dinghy to a trailer. What I got looks as if it would secure the Queen Mary!”
