“The Shackles that I ordered arrived on time and as per described. However after asking for lifting certificates to accompany them I never received a reply. (Update)...I received a prompt reply from Gina after writing this review. she said she would get the certificates to me today (yesterday) at the latest. They never arrived. she advised I could contact her for anything else, but left no contact details. The email is a 'non-reply' type. (Updated).. certs now arrived, very happy.”

HI John many thanks for giving us your review. Ive checked the delivery. We sent the straps out last Wednesday March 28th just before the Easter Break. Hermes the economy delivery did attempt to deliver on the Saturday but obviously your company was closed for Easter. However they did deliver successfully yesterday which is great news kind regards

“1000KG MINI RATCHET WITH HOOKS 4.5M These are fantastic value. Very sturdy metal work. Far far superior to any you see on Ebay for a similar price. Quick and efficiently delivered. One point to note is the padded packet the ratchets were sent in was quite 'lightweight' and had split with a gaping hole at the end where one of the ratchets tried to make off for a life on it's own. A bit of internal bubble wrap or a few more wraps with a tape gun would help here enormously. Thumbs up for the ratchet shop, totally recommended and I will be back if I need more. Thanks, Dave.”
