“I can honestly say that the service from the Ratchet Shop has been excellent. We've had a major tree survey done of our land which has resulted in a lot of felling and other work, using slings, straps winches and so on, so we've been using them a lot recently. Good prices, rapid delivery and also always available when technical advice is sought. An easy 5 stars.”

“We ordered a 1 ton plate grab via the internet and paid extra for next day delivery and to be fair the goods did come next day. However the clamp has 1 ton marked on one side and 1/2 ton marked on the other side. I phoned and first spoke to your man on 11th April who said it was wrong and he would send out a replacement, I asked him to do that by the next day as we had paid extra to get the clamp delivered to us on 10th April and needed it. It is now 2.30 on Monday 16th and we have no replacement clamp !”

“Ratchet straps good quality but.... annoyingly the ends of all 8 straps I ordered were badly finished (cut and heat sealed) and actually too fat to fit through the slot in the ratchet. I had to recut and seal them all to use them. Shame as otherwise good quality straps”
