“The items were very well priced and delivered very quickly. I've not been able to give them a thorough test yet but they appear to be well made and should be more than capable for what I want them for.”

“Paid £3.80 for delivery and left instructions for goods to be left at delivery firm depot if I'm not in. Goods were left next door and delivered by Hermes. Will definitely not be using these again as Hermes are recognised as being the worst in the game and any firm using them clearly isn't interested in delivering a quality service.”

Hi Ben, Pleasure to speak to you on the phone. I tried to explain to you that you picked this Hermes service on our website over DPD tracked yourself but from answering my call you were so busy yelling at me I didn't have the opportunity to explain. We offer Hermes to our customers not because we don't care for customers but because its a cheaper delivery service we would like to give our customers the benefit of and we seldom have issues with Hermes so I firmly disagree with your comments. Perhaps you have had a previous bad experience but we send hundreds of parcels out daily with Hermes and these are all delivered without fail. We also offer a premium DPD service for our customers for £1.70 more. You could have had your parcel on a next day tracked delivery service with DPD so I fail to see how this is our fault when you picked the Hermes delivery yourself over any other option. We thank you for your comments but would appreciate it if you did not abuse our staff when getting these across. Many thanks Natasha

“What a brilliant company. Less than half the price of my usual local supplier, and next day delivery was spot on. Product (car transporter straps) is good quality, service is excellent. I would recommend to anyone, and will be buying most of our equipment here from now on.”

“Ratchet shop sent us wrong chain binders as was ordered. I contacted them , they said they had no stock of what we ordered so sent something they thought Would do same job,but totally no good. Reds Michael Robson.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the items you have. They do however do exactly the same job as the ones you ordered and we sent you a more expensive item we were not trying to dupe you in any way. We do apologies for a miscommunication and that you were not aware of the different item being sent. When we spoke to you we did offer you a full refund for the items as they were out of stock we could not fulfill your order but you said you were happy to keep the load binders we had sent so we took this no further as per your instructions. “I bought 10m 800kg endless ratchet straps for securing a cover on some outside equipment. The price was lower than expected, without the excessive delivery costs of some companies, and they arrived promptly. The straps are well made and were efficiently packed.”
