“Very fast service and delivery. I had a rushed job on and needed large endless ratchets at short notice. The Ratchet Shop came up on a Google search and had exactly what I needed at a good price and good quality; for £7.50 p+p I had them delivered to the Isle of Wight in less than 24hrs.”

Hi Edward many thanks for taking the trouble to give us such a good review. We are always looking for the opportunity to reduce postage costs, we do not factor the costs into our goods. However we have not so far found better solutions for a tracked and signed for service but we shall continue to look best wishes

Equally we are totally satisfied with the quality of the straps and take the matter of quality very seriously. We have no desire to sell shoddy goods you have my assurance. The price is not set to reflect the quality it is merely that we offer reduced profit margins to our customers best wishes
