“Easy to locate suitable item on the web site, ordering was easy, price was very good and rapid tracked courier delivery in 2 working days. The puller is strongly made, works extremely well and in my opinion, much better than alternatives which cost more. I couldn't rate this company any higher - brilliant.”

“the ratchet shop is OK. the big problem is the delivery company DPD. they ring at the wrong door nr and still they are the one ho is unhappy telling thet they can't deliver because nobody is home. and they are ringing at the wrong number”

Hello Otto, we're pleased that you are happy with the service you received from us. However, we are sorry to hear that you didn't have such a good experience with DPD. We have worked with a variety of courier companies, and have found that DPD gives the most accurate and best service overall. They ship millions of orders on a daily basis and the fail percentage is very low. It's very unfortunate that sometimes not everything goes the way it should.
