“Website very easy to use. Customer services excellent to deal with. We had a problem with the delivery as the carrier attempted to delivery to the wrong address - we do have issues with our post code. One phone call to Ratchet Shop, driver contacted and within the hour delivery made. Thank you.”

“The service was excellent. The cachet straps were good. The only down side is the hooks that go into the ground eyelets, had blobs of extra solder which made it difficult to engage the pair of them into the eyelets”
