“postage is to expensive and you have the star reviews icon on the left side which is where a lot of the buying information is. also you have an other icon which looks like a phone which again is a across information.”

Hi there, what platform are you viewing this on? Either mobile, tablet, laptop, or pc? We currently don't have any issues with this as such. We have our website which is compatible with all devices as far as we're aware. The phone icon is 'Whatsapp' live chat centre. If you're on a mobile device and scrolling down I can see how the Phone icon can cover information however, simply scroll out of the way.

“the thing keeps getting in the way when you want to read the page you move down it moves down I wanted to read the speck but give up so you had it for my sales buy”

“The product that i have purchased is the correct size however the colour of the product is misleading. On the website the product looks more blue than green in my opinion, but when it came it was pure green. I personally purchased to recieve the colour i wanted but that wasnt the case. Anyway, the delivery didnt dissapoint as it came the next day.”

“Terrible! I ordered for next day Saturday delivery service that cost me over £20 for a product that cost just over £5. The goods arrived on Tuesday! I phoned to complain and requested a refund but it’s a week later and no money has been received. Totally unacceptable !!!”

“I would have given a five star rating for the level of customer service had the response promised actually happened, but I put it down to the company being busy and the Covid issue that is facing all suppliers in the country. The product (telescopic ladder) initially was faulty and was replaced with another fairly quickly at no extra cost to me and no need to return the original, so WELL DONE, I am a happy customer. Initially I thought the first dodgy ladder was a measure the the VERY competitive price I had paid, but the replacement was perfect for my use. I will visit this site again should the need arise.”
