“Hi, unfortunately the ratchet has not arrived yet. Also, the shopping experience can be improved as it wasn't very clear what the website wants from me at some point and I had several problems with bugs during the payment process (some lines overlapped etc.). I think all this can be improved. As I said the product is not here yet, so fingers x it will be a good one.”

Hi Oleg I'm happy to note that you have now received your order and hope that you are pleased with it. I shall make sure that the reviews are sent allowing enough time for the delivery to have been made Apologies if the website came up a bit unclear, this may be due to the process we've just been through to make the website mobile friendly which is now a Google requirement. Thankyou for taking the trouble to complete the review Our review request is set to be received after the goods have arrived, however as your order went with Hermes Homecall, this is a 5 working day delivery service. Coupled with the Easter weekend, unfortunately the review request came too soon I apologise that the driver went to the wrong address and will pass this on to Hermes; I can only assume that they opened the packet to double check the address details I'm happy that ultimately you received your order Many thanks for ordering from us

“The wrong address was printed on my order confirmation by the Ratchet Shop online order system. I e-mailed and telephoned to inform them. Paul said he would get someone to phone me. No one did phone me. I did not get a reply to my e-mail. I phoned again and Michael corrected my address. I chose a 2 to 5 day delivery and it took 4 days to receive my parcel, which is within the delivery schedule but the supplier is only a 2 hour drive away. I consider this delivery time to be too slow as the supplier is so close. Too soon to comment on the product yet, I want to see how it performs.”

Hi thanks for taking your time to send us a review. Apologies that noone got back to you sooner over the change of address The Homecall Hermes delivery takes up to 5 days. Hermes works in a very different way to DPD our next day courier. The parcel is collected by them at the DPd warehouse and then is transferred to their hub, all of which takes time. The fact that you are near to our offices doesnt make this any faster as the parcel passes through various stages to get to you.

“Excellent experience from start to finish. Ratchet straps are of superb quality for the money and the delivery was prompt. Could not have asked for better! well worth a visit, i would find it hard to be dissapointed with any aspect of the overall customer service!!!”

“Bought first time recovery truck with minimul knowledge.needed rachets & chockers.. searched all most every shop eg machine mart.screwfix.halfords.argos Many more online dooont waste your time. Rachet shop was far the cheapest for the quility. Strength & prise. Xxx £50 quid to my door well done rachet shop.”
